Strike a Pose!
If you want to succeed in the competitive bodybuilding arena, it is crucial that you spend some of your training time learning how to pose correctly. The judges will rate you according to what they see, so you need to learn how to show off your muscles in the most becoming way possible. Many times, competitions are won or lost not due to actually muscle mass, but due to posing skills. Practice year-round and you will be able to wow the judges.
There are eight poses that are generally used at competitions. Depending on the length of the event and number of competitors, as well as the level of competition, you may be asked to do one or all of these poses. Know the difference and know how to maximize your muscles for each pose so that you look as big as possible without being distorted.
The one pose that you will most definitely need to learn is the quarter turn. This is often used for first evaluations, so not only do you have to be able to do the pose, but you also have to be able to do it well. This will be your first impression on the judges and audience, so you want to look as good as possible. The quarter turn begins with a semi-relaxed head-on pose to the judges. Your arms should hang at your sides, and you can flex, but the key is to look relaxed. Next, turn to face the right. Technically, you should face the right full on, but most bodybuilders twist their upper bodies slightly to show off their chest, abdomen, and shoulder muscles. Using the time it takes for gamers to gather those assets also means that other economic measurements such as an hourly wage rate and GDP per head can be calculated.
In 2001 Edward Castronova, an economist at California State University, was one of the first to realise that the largest MMORPGs had economies greater than most African countries on a per capita basis. But real world trading of virtual goods and services comes with a health warning for gamers looking to make a quick buck.
With this background, here comes a post from Nine Shift: "Intangibles key to our economic future" which comes to the conclusion that Intangible products and services:
* Can and must be the primary business of American companies.
* Can be sold without a manufacturing intermediary.

* Lower the trade deficit and restore a balance of trade.
I am not necessarily looking from an American viewpoint. However, I think this remark holds true for all developed countries. We should constantly look for opportunity of high value job in order to keep the living standards in these countries.
Andrew from Telegraph quoted some economists suggesting that Project Entropia resembles pyramid selling the only way for players to make a profit is at the expense of others who are less successful in the game.
I don't necessarily agree. I am no economist nor lawyer. So my understanding may not be correct.
Pyramid selling refers to a marketing technique where the "goods" being sold is the membership of the scheme. There is no intrinic value of the membership except by selling more to other people. The game world in MMORPGs has real value - the value of experience, be it entertainment or learning. The creation of virtual objects involve "labour" and when someone wants to enjoy other people's labour, they may pay for it. This is the fundamental driving value of the economy of MMORPGs. Of course, once the interest (or the experience value) of the whole MMORPG is lost (for whatever reason), the virtual economy built around such virtual world will disappear as well. This is a real risk in investing your real resource (effort or money) in such investment. Again, this is quite similiar to other investment in the real world.
Is working for the virtual work a real job? I would say "yes" as long as the demand of the service is there.

Misconceptions About Working From Home
Research has estimated that by 2008 15 million people in the U.S.A will be "working from home". This means that roughly 5-10% of the population will have found a way to conveniently work from the comfort of their own home.
In Canada you can safely double or even triple those numbers. Thanks to current social & economic trends, many people have shifted to become more open to the working from home concept. In fact to many it is a dream come true.
The equipment needed for setting up a home office is easy to find, relatively inexpensive and most of the time extremely user friendly. Also nowdays, People are seeking more flexible schedules for many reasons. There has also been a trend towards not appreciating having to answer to some superior who governs their every move.
Is this possible? Or are we just fooling ourselves by thinking it can be done with success? Well, the answer is yes and no. You'll notice that hrough the generations negative associations have been linked to certain things, people or places. These beliefs have transcended through time and have been handed over to generations as golden rules that cannot be challenged. Most of these beliefs are difficient in any physical or fully researched evidence.
Allow me to explain the above; in my research I have come across many articles & written pieces regurgitating the same misinformation stating that all of the work from home businessess & those involved in them are doomed to fail.
Stating that you work from home is not normally associated with a wow! or how did you do it response. Infact and quite frequently, the reflected thoughts are those of you must be a bum with no real job. Unless you drive a crazy top of the line car & live in a mansion, then the thought trend is that you just must be involved in some sort of illegal business.
I usually like to give this example; in the medical world, and through the ages, when a surgery is successful it is believed that it's so because the surgeon was an expert. However, when the surgery fails or there is a negative outcome, not infrequently will fingers point at Anesthesia. I bring this up because we all know of the Anesthesia related deaths from the early days of Ether(1846), still and 161 years later; the number 1 fear people have as they undergo surgery, where someone will cut into them and literally mess with their insides, is the fear of the misconceived fact that they might die from Anesthesia.
The error is this: although it is true that during 1846 many people died from anesthesia, people are reluctant to believe & trust that Since then, other very hard working people who were very dedicated to the ultimate well being of humanity advanced in research and in understanding of the human body so much, have been successful in establishing the modern day safe Anesthetic.
In relation, we have been lead to believe that what ever a home business involves, its not a real job & that it will and has to be easy money. As a result they slack off & stop working hard enough expecting to magically make money! and when the money situation deteriorates or the business fails they immediately call it quits and claim that they have been scammed.
These disaster stories then travel around and rumors develop, the rumors then become facts and facts are believed. And as we attract what we believe, guess what ends up happening? Having said that, every now and then someone comes along who believes they will make the difference & challenges theses so called facts.
Some, who are few but factual but still have the right attitude, become successful & others, by repeating the errors and mistakes of others, and by believing these misconceptions, simply repeat history.
Here are some facts I found interesting:
A recent study showed that of those who claim to work from home 25% spend less than one hour on their office work when working from home, 53% spend less than three hours and only 14% put in a full eight hours. And you ask why most home businesses fail? It is not because some one has scammed some one. It is because we as humans have some internal faults built in us & without recognizing them,and correcting them we trip and fall.
We, by default, refuse to feel failure and deflect the reasons that caused our failure on to the external uncontrolable environment, hence the common phrases of (I was scammed, it was a bad company, my mentor was useless...etc)
Remember;
Expectations without preparation & participation will lead to ruin.

World of Warcraft Leveling 1-20 Alliance
I have been in beta since june, so this might help some people. Im not going to cover night elf land though. This should get you to level 20 in 2-3 days 95% solo.
When you start off as a level 1 in any area that you are in make sure that you do every single quest possible in your "newb area".
If you pick human you will start in northshire abby. Talk to all the people with the yellow question mark above thier head. The newb mobs you will kill are behind your starting area. After you finish those head to goldshire it should be on the map. Now the idea of getting every single quest that you can at the time, is that some are collection quests wich you do while you are on the main quests. If you get a delivery to storm wind dont do it untill you finish the others. The lost guard quest and the elite trogg Hogger is where you should hit around level 8-10 or so.. This should be about the end of quests for this area. Keep reading for the rest.
Dwarf or Gnome you start in the same area. Basic run down pick up all the quests you can the newb mobs are back to the SouthWest just follow the road do everysingle one of these untill the only ones you have left are the delivery quests. Then go up to khranos and do those ones. When you finish Khranos head up the road to Steelgrill depot your quest log will give you directions. There is also Brewnwall village wich you should do. Do everysingle one of these quests. You will need at least a 3 man group for the wendigos, frostmane hold, vegash.
Now if you were a human and you finished Elyyn Forest, you need to travel to Iron Forge. Take the gryphon to out of Stormwind city to there. Start on the quests in khranos.
If you started dwarf or gnome go to iron forge and take the gryphon to stormwind. Now do the quests in elwyyn..
Basically your leveling in the other races starting lands now the mobs your killing should be a little lower level than you so that you can cut right through them.
After you have done both of these. You will head to westfall or Loch modan. Do the lower level quests in these, DO NOT attempt the high level ones yet. As your trying to do quests that are around 1-3 levels below you right now for increased xp gain.
After you finish the tunnel rat ears and some trogs in Loch Modan go to West Fall and do some defias from sentinal hill. Also when you kill the harvest watchers there keep 5 flasks of oil, 5hops, and 5 okra as these are for other quests that you will get to later on.
Once the quests start getting hard in the loch go to westfall untill they get hard and then go back the loch when the westfall ones get hard vice/versa depending on where you are at the time.
If you do go to redrige you can do a couple there at level 16-18 or so. Dragon whelps after you do a delivery to goldshire. Also kill some trogs there. The delivery quests make sure that you do these as 90% of the time they lead to other quests.
